私はもともと写真が苦手でした。いや、苦手というより嫌いでした。
カメラや機材には興味がありましたが、動画にしか関心がありませんでした。
しかし、Leicaのカメラを手に入れたことをきっかけに、写真の魅力に引き込まれました。
それから1年半、毎日5枚の写真をYouTubeで公開し続け、この写真集「五撮」が生まれました。
サンフランシスコ、日本、パリ、バルセロナ、ロンドン、カンクンなどで撮影された写真を通じて、
日々の撮影体験が感性を磨き、大きな変化をもたらしたと感じています。
この変化を一冊の写真集にまとめ、何か伝えられるものがあることを願っています。

I used to struggle with photography, or rather, I disliked it. While I enjoyed cameras and gear, my interest was solely in video. However, acquiring a Leica camera sparked a newfound fascination with photography. Over the past year and a half, I’ve shared five photos daily on YouTube, which led to the creation of this photo book, “Five Senses.” The photos, taken in places like San Francisco, Japan, Paris, Barcelona, London, and Cancun, reflect how daily practice has not only improved my photography skills but also sharpened my sensitivity. This book encapsulates the significant change I’ve experienced, and I hope it conveys something meaningful.
